1. Independently initiate and lead various long-term or ad-hoc programs and projects to relentlessly drive operational efficiency, create scalable solutions, and enhance employee experience. 2. Partner with all lines of HR such as HR Operations, HRPB, Talent Acquisition, HRIS to identify needs or opportunities for process improvements, and gain resources to implement the change. 3. Establish and curate a knowledge base for practices, processes, and templates. 4. Support ad-hoc research projects and various operational tasks.
1. Bachelor's degree or above is a must. 2. Strong HR domain knowledge, 3+ years of direct experience as HR Generalist or solid understanding of various HR functions is desired. 3. Strong program management experience, 3+ years of direct experience in project management is desired. 4. Strong process improvement mindset. 5. Strong business partnering skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, & influence skills. 6. Strong data analytical skills, comfortable with advanced Excel functions, and program management tools. 7. Cross-cultural collaboration or experience working in a global team is a plus. 8. Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer-facing skills are a must.
