WHO YOU ARE:

You are driven, act with a sense of ownership for business challenges, and execute by thinking strategically and creatively to make data driven decisions. You have high judgement, experience managing projects and deadlines, communicating and influencing stakeholders, and delivering scalable processes and projects to drive adoption and satisfaction. You are an experienced business leader with a background in vendor management, demonstrated negotiation skills, excellent business judgment, and curiosity to drive improvements for program optimization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Global Contingent Workforce Manager is part of a global Talent Acquisition team responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities for all departments and markets. You will work in collaboration with the People Operations, Legal and Finance teams to scale our company and protect our cultural integrity for the future.

You will have the opportunity to build a contingent workforce strategy and implement a sustainable process that balances candidate care and regulatory compliance. Develop strategic vendor relationships, ensure contract and audit compliance, and negotiate mutually beneficial rates and terms. Develop staffing supplier performance management and utilize analytics to inform future agreements. Partner with Hiring Managers providing subject matter expertise and counsel to identify and place key talent, in short timelines.

You will serve as the single point of contact for all contractor-related needs including contingent worker resource requests, vendor selection and contracting, analytics, on-boarding/off-boarding, conversions, compliance and process improvements. Drive towards a creative, operational, and strategically aligned approach to workforce planning and processing. 

Your work will result in a positive and efficient experience for any TTDer seeking to utilize contingent workers to augment their team needs. The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility, bias for action, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on many simultaneously requests.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5 years of experience in Contingent Workforce Management, Human Resources, and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills with a strong sense of customer service
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
  • Excellent operational, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with personnel and sensitive information
  • A leader, team-player, connector and eager to contribute
  • An impulsive instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws affecting Contingent Workforce Management and related Human Resources activities
