Executive Recruiting Coordinator

We’re looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Recruiting team you will assist in our effort in finding the best talent for Snap Inc. by ensuring the best possible candidate experience. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the team to source, evaluate, network, and hire top talent for Snap Inc. executive level candidates.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews for Snap Inc. executive level candidates
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system
- Communicate as-needed with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
- Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
- Act as a spokesperson for Snap Inc. throughout all facets of the recruiting process, and during all communications with candidates
- Greet, host, and close out candidates during their onsite visit to Snap Inc.
- Partner strongly with our Executive Recruiter(s) and build a strong rapport with them to help manage the executive interview experience
- Maintain scheduling metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports
- Manage quarterly projects and other coordination programs as needed
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of coordination, recruiting, or HR experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Someone with a knack for organization who can bring order to chaos
- An effective problem solver who is able to think and react quickly
- Able to work well with very senior candidates who expect a quality experience
- An excellent communicator who enjoys fostering new relationships
- Focused on minute details of the interview experience to provide a seamless flow
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and the Google suite
