Job Description

We're looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Communications Manager to join Procore's Corporate Communications team. In this role, you'll lead and develop internal and external communications related to Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DIBs). You'll work to ensure all employees feel included and reflected in the DIBs initiatives we share with the company with a focus on driving engagement and a shared sense of belonging.

You'll also work cross-functionally to help create space and resources to build a more diverse and inclusive industry. In partnership with our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging teams, you will help drive important conversations around DIBs in the construction industry that celebrate our differences and empower everyone to thrive. 

This position reports to the Director of Executive Communications and has the opportunity to be based out of any of our U.S. or Canadian offices or to work remotely with the expectation of moderate/ frequent travel to Carpinteria, CA. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. 

What you'll do: 

  • Act as a key communications expert on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives, including ERG communications (e.g., capturing relevant moments like International Women's Day), DIBs corporate blog posts, Diversity Reports, DIBs newsletter content, Monthly All Company Updates, etc.

  • Partner closely with the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team in communicating and amplifying existing and upcoming partnerships in the DIBs space

  • Develop internal messaging and external communications, including writing and editing blogs, emails, scripts for executives, presentations, and other communications

  • Contribute to company-wide internal communications and engagement programs that engage and connect employees to Procore's commitment to DIBs

  • Help communicate the company's culture and employee stories with a consistent tone and voice

  • Build partnerships with key internal stakeholders and share communications best practices

  • Be the champion of Procore's DIBs efforts, and work to bring the narrative to life across the company in new creative, cross-collaborative ways by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Talent Brand and more

  • Manage Procore's monthly All Company Update meetings end to end, determining agenda, working with executive leaders on content, prep and managing execution 

What we're looking for: 

  • 6+ years of relevant experience 

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • A subject matter expert and owner of Procore DIBs communications, both internally and externally

  • Experience in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging communications 

  • A broad background in corporate and executive communications

Procore's Carpinteria campus is the largest of our offices, with multiple buildings spread along the coast and surrounding areas.
