FabFitFun is known in the marketplace for an amazing community (over 1 million members), curated quarterly subscription box and a live and recorded content service. Our business is booming and we are scaling our Engineering, Product, Data Science and BI Teams to keep up with this hyper growth. Thus, we are seeking a Director, Technology Recruiting to lead the tech recruiting team, assist with the development of the employer brand in the marketplace, and continue our interactive, engaging candidate experience.

Your Future:

• Build, lead, mentor, and manage the Technology Recruiting Team
• Evolve the recruiting philosophy, strategy and interview program
• Scale the full-cycle recruitment process including job descriptions, recruitment advertising, candidate networking and sourcing, hiring team interview plan, culture fit interviews, final executive meetings and offer negotiations
• Seek new ways to increase our employer brand and marketplace and tech community outreach
• Assist with recruiting reporting and budgeting functions

Your Past:

• Proven success creating and managing recruiting, talent acquisition, and interview program development and execution preferably in a high growth, entrepreneurial, technology-focused environment
• Prior experience building and coaching a recruiting team
• Strong knowledge of recruiting and sourcing platforms, effective ATS usage (preferably Greenhouse) and other technologies to increase recruiting efficiency
• Ability to implement an interview and hiring process that highlights a great candidate experience and fosters a strong relationship with Hiring Managers and Teams
• Participation in increasing an employer brand with innovative programs, events, SWAG and advertising
• Flexibility and levity to be able to handle the ever-changing environment of a technology and ecommerce start-up
