We’re looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Lead the analysis of learning needs and prioritization of learning and development activity across Snap; ensure effective engagement with executive sponsors; ensure that desired outcomes are clearly specified and measured.
Design and develop high-quality leadership development programs with international or global reach to support the achievement of high levels of learner engagement and desired learning outcomes.
Manage the delivery of learning programs across the organization, achieving cost and schedule objectives; engage with individual executives to deliver leadership coaching and to support their personal development.
Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision and values; clarify the actions needed to implement it within the area of responsibility; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve business goals.
Manage and report on the performance of the L&D function; set stretch performance objectives for team members and hold them accountable for achieving these; inspire high levels of impact.

Resourcefulness: Secures and deploys resources effectively and efficiently, including optimizing team resources across multiple objectives to maximize their value.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience
10+ years of experience in a Learning & Development or related role
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Management, Education or similar.
Assessment certifications, e.g., Hogan, Emotional Intelligence, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect or similar.
