That’s where you come in.  We’re seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Convoso.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define Convoso’s long-term mission and goals; identify ways to support this mission through talent management
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Research, develop, and implement corporate plans for a variety of HR matters including but not limited to, competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, safety, and employee incentive program
  • Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for Convoso's human resource and talent management functions; assess Convoso’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the human resources team; assist with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations; deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risk, monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Implement the budget for the human resource department
  • Participate in professional development and networking conferences and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • 10 + years human resource management and strategic experience required
  • In-depth knowledge about Human Resource processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices from benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruiting to safety
  • Relevant experience in a SaaS company is required
  • Proven success working for a scaling organization that is going through an aggressive growth
  • Supervisory experience
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Proficient understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • SHRM certification or Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR)
