Director of Human Resources
CreatorIQ is looking for a competent Director of Human Resources to direct and oversee the company’s HR plans in ways that support our mission and overall strategy. This position has high accountability and reports directly to the CEO. We want candidates who can prove they are leaders and strategic thinkers, effective people managers and problem-solvers. What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with executive team to craft programs, policies and initiatives that support the Company’s vision, help actualize the Company’s objectives, build the Company’s workforce and strengthen the Company’s culture
- Establish compensation & benefits plans, recruiting efforts, company branding and other programs to ensure that CreatorIQ can continue to acquire and retain A+ talent
- Create benefit plans that fit our employee’s needs and our budget. From plan design to open enrollment to audits; manage the day to day of our benefit plans
- Train, develop and manage a team consisting of our HR manager and our recruiters. Manage key partner/vendor relationships related to HR, HRIS and facilities
- Develop thoughtful business assessments and employee engagement solutions for increased morale, team work, productivity and inclusion
- Develop, lead and execute our people process and programs like performance management, employee relations, compensation planning and others
- Help evolve our wellness plan, within our budget, to ensure greater health and satisfaction for our employees and their families
- Help ensure compliance with the ever changing federal, state and local employment laws
What you need for this position:
- Proven experience as a Director of HR or other senior HR role
- 8+ years of HR Generalist/management experience
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (career path planning, job analysis, evaluation, transition planning, employee motivation and engagement, training, compensation and benefits, Labor Law Compliance, employer branding, culture, talent management, recruitment, risk management, etc.)
- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
- Aptitude in communicating and public speaking
- PHR/SHRM certification is preferred
- International experience is a plus
