What You Will Be Accountable For:

The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Single Grain will be responsible for shaping the future of the company by finding top-tier talent that will take us to new heights. You are energized by finding the right people to fill the right seats at the right time. In addition, you will embody the Single Grain culture and grow our presence to establish our company as the ultimate best place to work!

  • Lead the full recruiting cycle for all roles, not limited to creating new job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, completing reference checks, and extending offer letters
  • Own the ATS (Workable) pipeline activity and metrics to share in discussion with the leadership team and ensure hiring goals are met
  • Maintain internal documentation on recruiting workflow, processes, and procedures
  • Train fellow team members proven methodology of interviewing, maintaining relationships, and closing candidates for success
  • Build talent pipeline through outreach, events, referrals, and other creative sourcing campaigns
  • Proactively ensure we are ahead of recruiting trends and following best practices to work at optimal operational efficiency
  • Assist and improve upon other HR processes such as onboarding, off-boarding, and our internship program

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting in the tech landscape (digital agency experience preferred)
  • Established network of digital marketing professionals
  • High proficiency utilizing an applicant tracking system and deriving insights from data
  • Methodology for screening resumes and leading interviews for both technical and cultural qualities
  • Proficiency with leveraging multiple recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and 3rd party recruiters
  • Extremely well-versed in HR compliance and people development
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
  • Include the words “Recruiting is Cool” in the beginning of your cover letter
