Cie is looking for an Hourly Contract Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team as a flexible resource.

  • This will be an hourly role (40 hrs a week - 1099), NOT a commission based role.
  • Flex working arrangement that can be a combination of work from home and in office. We prefer onsite at least 2 - 3 days of the week (Irvine).
  • The ideal person will be an established recruiter, not someone looking to get into recruiting.
  • The contract term will be for 1 month with the potential to be extended at the end of the contract

On start-ups, some of the biggest challenges we face are creating an idea, properly executing it and helping it continuously evolve. From start to finish, we have to continually improve on the ideas we create and, in the end, we want nothing more than to provide the best version of that idea.

As a venture studio, we join our startup founders in the trenches by providing hands-on help. This also applies to our team members who are entreprenuers. Cie’s Shark Tank has launched and raised VC funding for employee founded startups based on the belief that innovation can come from anywhere.
