What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, identify, engage, evaluate, and hire top talent to join our growing company
- Creatively source candidates from multiple channels including recruiting tools, referrals, research, cold outbound, networking events
- Manage the inbound applicant pipeline, while identifying passive talent using a full range of recruitment tactics
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and make data-driven decisions
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of business recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or recruiting agency
- Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
- Past success in closing candidates
- A genuine interest in diversity and inclusion
- Tech-savvy: Google Suite, strong ATS knowledge (preferably Lever), Microsoft Office, Slack
- Process-oriented; outstanding analytical and organizational skills
