Hawke Media is looking for an HR and Recruiting Coordinator to join our Operations team. As an HR/Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be working directly with prospective candidates as well as with our current employees to help grow and sustain our company. We're looking for an organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn professional who thrives in a fast-paced, "learn-by-doing" environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to launch their career in Human Resources and Recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee onboarding and new hire orientation
• Maintain HRIS, employee files, and internal company tools with accurate employee information
• Ensure all candidates are moving through pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Schedule candidates for hiring managers
• Manage internal company tools
• Assist with payroll administration
• Respond to employee questions and requests
• Help with various HR/Recruiting projects as needed Coordination of candidate interviews
• Assist with internal Hawke events and recruiting events

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ year within HR/Recruiting
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Docs
• Able to perform in a fast paced environment
• ATS and HRIS experience a plus
• Looking to jumpstart a career in HR/Recruiting
