We're Looking For An: HR Compliance Intern who will identify all compliance requirements by state for all HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll functions.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop a calendar of all compliance requirements by state and function.
  • Provide details as to regulatory agency, dates, requirements and ownership.
  • Review appropriate training materials and modules to ensure they meet organization and compliance needs.
  • Partner with Legal, Compensation, Payroll, and other teams as needed, to develop data reporting requirements.
  • Develop compliance and mandates reporting requirements including those related to EEO, ADA, and the Department of Labor.

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of human resources policies and practices.
  • Ability to research, understand and communicate complex labor laws.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to serve as a partner.
  • Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree

The base salary range is $17-$20.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
