As Head of Design Strategy & Communications, you will craft a cohesive global narrative for CloudWalk's brands, leading strategies across markets while enhancing visibility and connections with media and influencers.
Our Mission:
At CloudWalk, we’re not just building financial tech — we’re crafting the future of financial intelligence. Think self-driving finance, accessible to all, wrapped in jaw-dropping design.
We empower millions of small businesses with cutting-edge tech, bold storytelling, and design that doesn’t just speak — it roars.
Join a team where your work will redefine how the world sees finance.
The role:
As Head of Design Strategy & Communications, you’re the mastermind behind CloudWalk’s global narrative, uniting our brands—InfinitePay, Jim.com, and next-gen AI ventures — into one electrifying voice.
Based in the U.S., you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO and CDO to shape a story that dominates markets from New York to São Paulo to London. This isn’t just about comms — it’s about architecting a vision, owning the global stage, and making finance feel alive.
You’ll partner with our Head of Brand Communications in Brazil (who’s killing it with local PR and events) to ensure our narrative is seamless, impactful, and unforgettable across regions.
If you live for bold ideas, big stages, and building stories that move industries, this is your shot to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft a global narrative that ties CloudWalk’s brands into a single, unstoppable story.
- Own the strategy for design and communications across international markets (U.S., EU, and beyond).
- Build elite connections with top-tier media, influencers, and partners in the U.S. and Europe.
- Amplify our CEO and team on the global stage, shaping their voice and boosting CloudWalk’s presence.
- Unify design and comms across markets, ensuring every touchpoint screams CloudWalk’s vision.
- Collaborate with Brazil’s comms lead to sync storytelling across PR, campaigns, and events.
- Lead the charge on comms for new products, AI-driven initiatives, and multi-brand expansions.
- Set the tone for narrative frameworks that fuse design, product, and communications into one cohesive force.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned pro with 10+ years in design strategy, comms, or brand leadership, including 5+ years in global or executive roles.
- A media maestro with a proven track record of dominating press and media relations in the U.S. and abroad.
- A storytelling genius who can craft narratives that captivate media, customers, and global audiences alike.
- A bridge-builder who thrives at the intersection of design, comms, and executive leadership.
- Fluent in English; bonus points for Portuguese or Spanish.
- Based in the U.S. (NY, LA, or SF preferred).
What Makes You a Rockstar:
- You’ve led comms or design strategy at a fintech, tech, or high-growth, design-driven company.
- You’ve mastered both brand and corporate communications, balancing bold creativity with strategic precision.
- You’re fluent in the language of AI, automation, or tech-driven narratives.
- You’ve built global comms frameworks that unify multi-brand ecosystems with ease.
Why CloudWalk?
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to shape the future of finance on a global stage. You’ll work with a team of visionaries, wield creative freedom, and leave your mark on an industry ripe for disruption.
If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and redefine what’s possible, we’re ready for you.
