We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across all functions, with a primary focus on Go-To-Market roles - especially in sales. You'll take ownership of hiring across the US, while also supporting hiring efforts in other regions, including the UK and wider EMEA. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing, global team.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team of 4 recruiters based in the UK and India. You'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and standout experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

We're looking for someone based on the East Coast (US) or in Denver, CO.

What you will be doing

  • Talent Attraction, Selection, and Assessment: Source high-quality, diverse candidates using innovative methods and build talent pools through proactive outreach. Develop strong candidate shortlists with an emphasis on skill, diversity, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, using your expertise to advise, influence, and drive hiring decisions that meet business goals. Provide consistent coaching on hiring best practices to ensure robust and inclusive assessments.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Use data and market insights to continually enhance our recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression; champion our company’s values, mission, and culture.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain integrity and compliance at every step, ensuring all processes adhere to legal and policy standards.

What we are looking for

  • Proven talent acquisition experience with a strong track record in hiring a broad range of talent within high growth technology companies. This will include experience hiring Go-To-Market talent.
  • Skilled in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and proactive talent engagement techniques that secure high-calibre candidates.
  • An effective communicator who can adapt style and approach to engage different audiences, from hiring managers to potential candidates.
  • Resilient and results-oriented, with a focus on quality and candidate experience at all stages.
  • Have the ability to navigate change and guide others through it.
  • A proactive problem solver with creative solutions for sourcing and engagement challenges.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, and the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.

If your application is shortlisted, here is what to expect from the interview process:

Step 1: Introductory Call (30 minutes)
A chat with our Director of Talent Acquisition to learn more about your experience, share insights about the role, and answer any initial questions you might have.

Step 2: Interview + Presentation (60 minutes)
You'll meet the Director of Talent Acquisition and People Business Partner for GTM. We’ll send you a short brief beforehand and ask you to prepare a presentation. This is a chance to showcase your thinking and communication and general approach as a recruiter.

Step 3: Culture & Values Interviews (2 x 30 minutes, back-to-back)
You'll speak with two key stakeholders that you'll work closely with in role. These sessions explore alignment with our team culture, values, and how you'll positively work together.
