GTM Engineer

Location: Remote (Europe)
Experience: 3+ years

• Build and optimize the GTM infrastructure across marketing and sales

• Own and maintain the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot and outbound automation tools

• Create scalable automation workflows for:

  • prospecting

  • lead enrichment

  • outbound campaigns

  • CRM operations

• Build outbound contact lists based on buying signals, ICP research, and campaign needs

• Proactively identify new lead sources and trigger-based outreach opportunities

• Connect tools and maintain reliable data flows across systems

• Improve CRM hygiene, enrichment, and segmentation quality

• Use AI and automation tools to improve targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency

• Run experiments on outbound messaging, sequencing, and segmentation

• Build dashboards and reporting to measure pipeline health and campaign performance

The ideal candidate enjoys building scalable processes, experimenting with automation, and improving GTM efficiency through technology and data.

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, BDR, Growth Ops, Leadgen Automation, or similar roles

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems

• Experience building automation workflows and connecting GTM tools

• Strong understanding of outbound lead generation processes

• Experience with no-code / low-code automation platforms

Tech Stack: HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Heyreach, N8N, Make, AI agents and workflow automation tools, APIs and integrations

• SaaS, cybersecurity, or B2B tech experience

• RevOps experience

• PLG understanding

• Startup or early-stage company experience

• Experience using AI workflows for GTM operations
