Responsibilities:
- Analyze player data and competitor datasets to understand behavioral patterns driving current player performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including Brand, Influencer, Community, Partnership, etc, to develop strategies that impact the successful publishing of games in North America.
- Assist with the strategic development and execution of go to marketing plans Monitor competitor activities and performance, share best practices with the HQ team, and drive the implementation of impactful follow-up initiatives.
- Evaluate analytical data from key target users to propose feature recommendations that positively impact the player experience. Support cross-functional teams' communication, including meeting notes, action items, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking for development sprints, UA campaigns, esports productions, and live events, reconciling expenses and invoices. Help onboard contractors or vendors, ensuring they adhere to project workflows and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented, independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple business units and product teams.
- Passionate about games, preferably with experience playing MOBA, BR, and ACGN games.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas game operations, localization, or other relevant roles, with mobile game experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to dive into details and think clearly about project timelines and interdependencies.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, proactive, self-driven, and possesses a high level of initiative, energy, responsibility, urgency, and willingness to learn from team members at all levels globally.
- Strong influencing skills and strong communication skills.

US-California-Los AngelesThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $69,306.00 to $160,100.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
