We are looking for an Fraud Analyst to help us investigate fraud and abuse on a global scale, and help protect our users. Positivity and attention to detail are a must. In this Fraud Analyst role you will:
- Investigate user reports, and review user profiles
- Protect our ecosystem, prevent fraudulent activity, enforce our TOS, and help improve the Tinder experience
- Help train our outsourced teams, and sync up with them daily
- Investigate and file bugs, and liaise with engineering
- Work closely with the internal tools team, and help improve our tools and processes
- Identify, analyze, and escalate new trends and issues in real time
- Work closely with the rest of the community team, as well as the outsourced support team, engineering, PR, and legal
We're looking for:
- Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
- Superior analytical skills and excellent judgement
- Ability to multitask, keep up with large volumes of requests in a fast paced environment
- Superior time management and prioritization skills
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Tech savvy
- Extreme attention to details
- Passion for helping people
- Ability to use critical thinking and logic to isolate and resolve issues
- Bachelor degree or higher
