Founder’s Office: Growth/Ops (Project Manager for Tech)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executives to understand project objectives and develop project plans

  • Lead the project management and implementation of theft detection marketing and operations projects, from concept through to deployment

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and operational team to ensure project milestones are met

  • Identify and resolve project challenges, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary.

  • Continuously evaluate project progress and performance, reporting progress and performance to team executives

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within a tech environment.

  • Excellent English communication with the ability to connect with a global team

  • Basic technical background, with experience in any of software engineering, data science, or a related field

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop project structures and plans from general directives.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with executives and across project teams.

  • Can work at least 4 hours per day in US PST timezone

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity and interest in AI technologies, particularly computer vision

  • Prior experience in product or project management, with a focus on AI or technology companies

  • Knowledge of retail operations and the challenges of loss prevention

  • Ex-Founder or Venture Capital or Management Consulting or Banking or Working with US Companies, or Tech Companies
