Treasury Manager at iHerb
Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager is responsible for daily cash management oversight and credit card (merchant account) processing administration. Other responsibilities will include supporting VP, Corporate Controller and CFO with debt management (including assisting with arranging new debt instruments) interest rate risk, long term cash forecasting, and cash investments.
Job Expectations:
Work to develop new payment sources for e-Commerce sales domestically and internationally
Work with IT, marketing and merchant account providers to develop sales in local currencies around the world
Review and monitor global daily and weekly bank activities
Resolve daily cash management issues in a timely manner
Interact with domestic and foreign corporate banking service providers and credit card companies on an as-needed basis
Prepare cash forecasts to determine liquidity levels
Establish procedures to maximize the use of cash and minimize un-invested balances
Evaluate account analysis statements on a monthly basis to ensure fees fall within reasonable amounts; review and resolve discrepancies
Assist in opening and closing bank accounts and maintain documentation of global portfolio including signatories
Perform due diligence analysis and prepare draft recommendations
Assist in preparing Cash Management Reports for monthly/quarterly reporting package
Release wire transfers initiated by Accounts Payable and log outgoing vendor checks
Review and approve bank service charges and credit card fees prior to month-end financial review
Monitor credit card activity and oversee employee expense reimbursements
Keep management abreast of new rules and regulations with respect to credit card industry security standards
Assist in all aspects of Risk Management administration including collection of data for annual renewal
Support SOX compliance requirements and audit requests as needed
Assist in formulating policies and procedures within the Treasury unit
Participate in any other treasury or ad hoc finance projects

Equipment Knowledge:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of five (5) years in Treasury/Cash Management
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. CTP or CCM preferred.
Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
