With a growing company, comes a growing team full of innovative people. We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to assist with company modeling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to inform strategy and decision making. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, this role will cover a broad range of responsibilities and work cross-functionally with other departments. An analytical, detail-oriented individual, comfortable working in a growing and ever-expanding/evolving company will do well in this role.

What You’ll Do 

• Compile regular reporting for senior management and Board of Directors to help facilitate decision making
• Build and maintain various financial models
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting of KPIs for the entire organization
• Conduct analysis of key value drivers for the business and develop strategic recommendations
• Assist with profitability optimization
• Partner with analytics team, gaining a strong understanding of the company’s data

What You Have 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or similar role (consulting, investment banking, analytics)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical skills along with a strong attention to detail
• Personal integrity and good business judgement
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
