Job Summary: 

The Staff Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting through reconciliation as well as tax compliance and planning.

Job Expectations:

• Assisting in preparation of federal, international and state income tax returns including all related analysis and support for multiple entities
• Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place
• Participating in monthly close process for multiple entities, including China subsidiary
• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances and preparing adjusting journal entries
• Preparing financial statements including monthly variance analysis
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed asset schedules
• Researching accounting issues for compliance with GAAP

Experience Requirements:

Generally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of related experience

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. CPA preferred
