Appetize Technologies, Inc., is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable. This position will support all activities related to vendor payments and payment systems management. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and professional work environment, one that demands excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. We are a fast paced Company in a period of high growth, with many opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Semi-monthly vendor payment processing

• Communication with all vendors

• Process and management of Concur

• Monthly credit card reporting

• Monthly bank reconciliations

• Daily and weekly cash, AR, AP, and inventory reporting

• Assist in month end close process

• Other ad-hoc accounting projects (month end close, analysis, audits, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Excel (using formulas – sumifs, vlookups, etc.) and Microsoft Office

• NetSuite experience preferred

• Able to work in a fast-paced office environment

• Experience in a start-up environment

• Strong attention to detail

• High level of professionalism

• Experience using Concur or other expense reporting software (a plus, but not required)
