We are seeking a Sr FP&A Reporting Analyst who will be instrumental in enabling the Finance team’s goal of driving to standard/simple and faster insights and scaling tools to assist leaders and finance partners to make decisions with confidence. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate FP&A, and will work very closely with cross-functional teams, in particular, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and HR.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Financial Planning Systems and critical integrations/data flows needed to provide the core capabilities to support the Financial Planning and Reporting requirements of a high-growth business. The individual must have superior communication, project, and change management skills, as well, a passion for enabling business processes, people, and technology through innovation and technology.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the Financial Planning System (Adaptive Planning), required data feeds/ data models and FP&A Reporting.

  • Collaborate with the Finance Leaders to Drive the automation and process improvement strategy and plans for all of the manual reporting/analytics within Finance.

  • Ensure data integrity in the Financial Planning System, specifically, reconciliations to the Financial System and other core data feeds ie. HCM (Workday), CRM (Salesforce).

  • Serve as FP&A SME for cross-functional systems projects and implementations which impact the Financial Planning System, including M&A projects.

  • Project Manage key initiatives, using best practices and company tool/s to ensure project success with clarity of objectives, scope, responsibilities, deliverables and dependencies.

What you'll bring:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related area. MBA preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Preferably experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and/or Workforce Planning, and Analytics,

  • Experience with financial planning, ERP and other business systems such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Workday HCM and Financials, Intacct, Salesforce

  • Disciplined process-oriented mindset, driving simplification and standardization, even with the most complex situations

  • Experience working with large sets of finance and/or HR data and familiarity with best practices for data cleanliness/integrity.

  • Exceptional communication, both written and oral.

  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to FP&A business partners.

  • High level of skills with Excel and Google spreadsheet modeling, formulas, charts, etc.

  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
