WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the Senior Manager of FP&A will play a critical role in driving growth and transparency within our organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic planning, annual budgeting, P&L management, and monthly estimate deliverables. By implementing new technologies and processes, you will improve our global cost forecasting accuracy, accountability, and transparency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Provide financial leadership for annual, quarterly, and monthly cost forecasting
  • Work with business leaders to develop budgets, KPIs, and reports to help manage respective divisions for continued profitable growth
  • Implement and scale new budgeting and reporting technology systems
  • Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting across all departments of the business
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to prepare variance to budget and other deep-dives
  • Continuously take on additional responsibility to improve processes and procedures
  • Perform value added ad-hoc analyses that help drive decision making

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 12+ years of progressive management experience in financial planning & analysis with 3+ years at a public technology company
  • Demonstrated executive-level management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively manage a team
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; Hyperion, Tableau & Anaplan knowledge a plus
  • Database querying knowledge (Vertica, Essbase, etc.)
  • Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and experience with US GAAP and financial reporting
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
  • Experience in global, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
