FabFitFun is looking for a proactive Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team! You'll be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the monthly financial review process for the entire organization. Our ideal candidate is extremely analytical, works best in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working across teams to drive efficiencies.

What you'll do:

• Prepare financial projections for long-range strategic plans, annual budgets, and interim forecasts
• Support the accounting team on month end close process
• Develop month end financial package and assess actual results compared to projections to ensure a thorough understanding of variance drivers and present to executives
• Partner with department heads to develop strategic plan and financial budget that enables and drives growth and improves profitability
• Develop business case, build financial models and analyses for new strategic initiatives and product launches
• Leverage business intelligence and improve access to data to deliver more insightful, relevant and timely reporting to drive real-time strategic decisions and increase overall effectiveness of forecasting, analysis and KPIs

What you'll bring: 

• 5+ years of progressive financial experience preferably at a hypergrowth, e-commerce or leading technology company
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA preferred.
• Direct experience in a Corporate FP&A function including preparing month-end materials for management and Board of Directors
• Experience building dynamic, bottoms-up, three-statement financial models
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into streamlined excel models
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Advanced skills in Excel & Powerpoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members 

Bonus:

• Experience with a subscription business or ecommerce business
• Managed a long-term financial model for a hypergrowth company
• Beginning to intermediate SQL Skills
• Investment Banking experience
• Familiarity with BI dashboards (e.g. Looker)
• Interest in beauty, fashion, fitness, health
