Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. In this role you will work closely with a talented finance team as well as Epirus’ management team to develop and manage all aspects of financial planning. This role will be a critical and integrated business partner for the organization.

Duties

• Develop and maintain various models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Key model builder of annual operating plan and multiyear forecast, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow
• Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of operational and financial metrics
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Provide return on investment (ROI) analysis for new investment projects
• Assists with executive and Board level presentations and communications
• Assist with investor reporting
• Produce ad-hoc reporting and analyses as needed; other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 
• 5+ years of experience related to FP&A, financial modeling, analysis or strategy
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• US Citizen (future security clearance may be required)

Desired Qualifications

• Startup experience and/or Defense/Aerospace/Military experience
• Good written, oral communication and analytical skills
• A self-starter capable of collaborating across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
