Senior Finance Associate
FabFitFun is looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Associate to join our Finance team where you will play a critical role in providing business insights to measure progress on company performance and influence financial, strategic, and operational decision-making.

What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for driving the forecasting, reporting, and analysis of FFF’s cash flow and other important components, such as capital expenditures, through close collaboration with business leaders across the organization and data from various databases
- Build complex scenario analyses to support business decision-making, and be able to communicate the impact to cash flows
- Support the build-up of the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and interim forecasts
- Analyze monthly financial results, perform variance analysis, identify key trends and drivers to support operational business decisions
- Implement and enhance forecasting process optimization initiatives that will drive accuracy, efficiency, and that will allow for more transparency to senior executives
- Provide financial planning & analysis support to business functions to ensure they have resource and investment allocations to align, execute and deliver on key initiatives that are aligned with corporate objectives
- Develop and communicate presentation materials, insights, and recommendations to senior executives
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in prior analytical roles (corporate finance, public accounting, strategic planning)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field is required
- Understanding of Cash Flow statement, Balance Sheet, P&L and basic accounting concepts
- Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
- Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously with ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion
- Bonus points if you have:
- Working experience of direct method of cash flow statement and cash forecasting
- Experience with a e-comm / subscription business or consumer goods business
- Prior experience with NetSuite, Host Analytics or other planning and reporting tools
- Familiarity with BI dashboards (e.g. Looker)
- Prior experience with SQL or willingness to learn
- Previous startup experience
