We are seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance who will be instrumental in enabling us to achieve this vision. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated investor relations strategy that communicates ServiceTitan's business, operational and investment strategies, plans and performance to the investors and analysts communities as well as our key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with world class Executive teams and Investors focused on SaaS businesses. The candidate will need to demonstrate deep curiosity, exemplary business judgment, and a passion for solving problems.
In terms of executive scope, the Vice President of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance will own our Investor Relations strategy and execution, as well as key Strategic Finance project areas that will have impact across the organization. As a business partner across the company, you will closely work with peer executives and Board members to manage our IR efforts and related Strategic Finance projects in order to make informed and trusted decisions for our Company.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop the company's IR strategy to build investor confidence in our vision and strategy for creating shareholder value, working closely with the CFO, Founders and other key executives and board members. This will involve deep understanding of our IPO and post IPO plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing and potential shareholders, including institutional investors, individual investors, sell-side analysts, and exchange representatives.
  • As the key contact for all existing and previous investors, you will broaden and strengthen these relationships through ongoing dialogue and constant education. You will also work with our executive team to appropriately engage them in ongoing discussions with select investors.
  • Act as a thought partner for Capital Raising and other Strategic Finance projects. Partnering with the CFO and select executives on our Capital Raising plans, as well as own and drive key Strategic Finance projects.
  • Provide strategic counsel and positioning advice to CFO/CEO on key investor messaging; collaborate with CFO, CEO, and senior executives to devise external communication strategy relating to material, corporate actions (earnings, guidance, strategic transactions, etc.).
  • Lead the collection, analysis and presentation of market activity and financial trends to executive leaders and Board of Directors.
  • Lead the collection, analysis and presentation of stock ownership, investor perceptions and analyst opinions to executive leaders and Board of Directors.
  • Analyze and inform senior management of competitor strategies and performance and shareholder concerns and priorities.
  • Oversee the quarterly earnings announcement process, including preparation of scripts, presentations and model Q&A and coordination of conference calls.
  • Maintain the company's investor relations records and record of investor relations meetings and events.
  • Lead planning and preparation for periodic investor days/events and investor roadshows.
  • Work with Legal to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.
  • Work with Treasury in engaging with fixed income investors and analysts.
  • Work with Accounting on preparation of the company's Annual Report and 10-K.
  • Directly and indirectly lead, influence, guide, and develop leadership across the organization


What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience (e.g. investment banking, equity research, buy-side investing and/or corporate finance) with a focus on understanding of SaaS metrics and key business drivers.
  • Experience working in a public SaaS company; SaaS IPO experience a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; Advanced degree in finance or business a plus.
  • Experience in development and execution of communication strategies; excellent writing ability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of selective disclosure and materiality issues as they relate to financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and filings, accounting concepts and financial analysis.
  • Broad knowledge of stock exchange rules and regulations and proven experience in working with Wall Street.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and work proactively with other functions to understand the company's story and vision.
