About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst who will carry out the execution of SP&A projects in support of department and company-level initiatives. The Senior Analyst will bring a deep skillset in research and analysis to surface actionable insights and inform decision making in support of organizational goals. The Senior Analyst will work with functions across the organization, acting as a Strategy representative among stakeholders of various teams such as: Sales, Product, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Finance. This position requires both strong analytical and people skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize numerous initiatives while diving deep into complex problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build our knowledge base through extensive market research and synthesize findings into valuable assets for use throughout the organization
  • Create data-driven models that support solutions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support a diverse set of project initiatives, such as: new opportunity assessment and prioritization; go-to-market strategies; geography-specific strategies; pricing model development; sales and partner strategies; long-range planning; and “seeing the future” by monitoring and tracking industry trends
  • Partner with functional team members and management to assess and plan new initiatives and play a critical role in bringing this wide array of projects to life

What You’ll Bring 

  • 5-8 years of full-time experience with data and financial analysis in a fast-paced, technology-driven field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other closely related field
  • Exceptional analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills, with a knack for solving ambiguous and unstructured problems
  • Experience working with large data sets and financial statements (preferred)
  • Ability to speak both visually and numerically and communicate the results of your analyses to key stakeholders
  • A passion for technology and its implications for creating a better world
