Revenue Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who will be an integral team member in helping our go-to-market teams scale. The Revenue Operations Analyst will work to identify and resolve business challenges that cause inefficiencies or delays relating to deal management and processing. The Analyst will be responsible for highlighting process inefficiencies and will assist in defining solutions that support the pace of a growing enterprise software business. They will work closely with their go-to-market stakeholders to build a strong reporting infrastructure and will provide data analysis, as needed.

What you’ll do:
- Own the data hygiene and audit processes for CreatorIQs CRM
- Work cross-functionally with finance to manage our data reconciliation processes
- Assist in promoting seamless communication between Sales and other go-to-market teams, as it relates to contracts, SOWs, and order forms
- Advise and deliver recommended CPQ process changes and improvements
- Build and maintain best in class dashboard and reporting infrastructure for our go-to-market teams
- Provide data analysis, as needed, for our sales and customer experience teams
- Triage incoming operations requests from a diverse range of stakeholders across our go-to-market teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide cross departmental support on projects spawning across Sales, Success, Client Services, Enablement, and Finance
- Provide ad-hoc training support to our CRM users on new processes and workflows
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- 3+ years experience in deal management and processing
- Proficient in Salesforce.com (Salesforce Admin and/or CPQ Certified Preferred)
- Familiar with Sales Enablement tools including Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledgeable of the sales processes for complex enterprise SaaS sales
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Excellent work ethic with proven record of meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills, along with demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and work under deadline pressure
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity, and a “no job too small” startup mentality
- Not take yourself too seriously and the ability to have fun
