Flowspace is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to develop and own data process, analytics, and strategy in a dynamic, high-growth business. The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, work autonomously, and derive cross-functional improvements from data insights. You will play a key role in driving decision making and will need a demonstrated ability to understand the core drivers of a business to plan, lead, and implement changes that improve overall efficiency. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who wants to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing startup. 


While we're based on the westside of Los Angeles, we are open to hiring remotely (within the US) for this role.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement Salesforce and Looker reporting infrastructure to support the business in driving efficiency and revenue growth
  • Monitor, define, and refine KPIs through reports and dashboards, communicating actionable insights to Revenue leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Be the go-to person for all data-related questions, ad-hoc requests, and analysis in both Salesforce and Looker
  • Complete data audits, root-cause analysis, and implement action plans to address data integrity or inefficiency issues
  • Assist the Head of RevOps in developing new processes with an eye for data strategy and insights
  • Meet with teams regularly to maintain relationships, provide high-level updates on initiatives, and serve as a resource for data-driven insights and decisions.
  • Willing to travel 1-2 times per year for all staff or team gatherings (once we resume travel).

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years in Revenue/Sales/Finance Analytics or similar role, with prior experience in a start-up environment preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, Business Intelligence (Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.), Excel, and SQL
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Adept with technology and able to learn systems quickly with an eye for process and analysis
  • Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities and adapt to shifting time frames
  • Rigorous attention to detail and high standard of quality and accuracy
  • Sense of urgency and desire to seek out opportunities to analyze the business in ways other people may not have considered
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to follow through / follow up to resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A team player and coordinate with other departments as needed
