Production Reporting Specialist
PRODUCTION REPORTING SPECIALIST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This job focuses on the Wealth Management production activities by the various lines of business particularly Private Banking, Personal and Business Banking, Entertainment, Commercial Banking, and City National Rochdale. This role gathers and reports the results of the new and closed activities on a monthly basis. This role also includes reporting production of Wealth Advisors to Human Resources for payment of quarterly incentives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Gathers data on new and closed accounts and inputs results into the Wealth Management Production reporting system and Excel as appropriate.
- Reports data to various Lines of Business ("LOB's") in the Bank and provides follow up to all corresponding parties on a monthly basis.
- Provides reports to Human Resources outlining the quarterly incentive payouts for the Bank's Wealth Advisor's.
- Assigns proper credit to a LOB where both lines want credit. Follow-ups with respective person(s) are needed to gather facts and for all parties to agree on final assignment of credit. Decide if internal transfers of asset constitute new or lost fees. Determine who initiated a sale and assign credit accordingly.
- Generates summary reports for use by other bank areas.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Management or Brokerage Specialty
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to accurately, thoroughly and efficiently handle/analyze data; organize analyzed data into simple, complete and concise presentation formats; envision the global issue, separate symptoms from causes, research thoroughly; weigh costs/benefits and derive sound conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at the same time, working under tight deadlines.
- Effective verbal/written communication skills to interact with all levels of Bank personnel and strong analytical skills required.
- Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position.
- Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
- Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
