What You'll Do

  • Process full payroll cycle (e.g., day-to-day operations, regular bi-weekly, off-cycle payroll process for multi-states US Payroll, etc.)
  • Prepare payroll validation & reconciliation
  • Payroll close and Month over Month data analysis
  • Review & process timekeeping records
  • Prepare custom reports following each pay period and process all payroll requests for terminations
  • Partner with the People Team for employee data, compliance updates, and reporting
  • Implement new regulations and policies and changes to benefits as applicable to payroll
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure accuracy in employee pay and financial reporting
  • Recommend and implement efficiencies to improve payroll processing and employee satisfaction

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • ADP Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking experience
  • Multi-state tax knowledge
  • Proficient with ADP including report generations, Excel and Google Docs
  • Current knowledge of applicable US federal, state and local labor laws 
  • Implement new regulations and policies and changes to benefits as applicable to payroll
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure accuracy in employee pay and financial reporting
  • Recommend and implement efficiencies to improve payroll processing and employee satisfaction
