Overview
This position will primarily support CDL's pricing and product team. The analyst will manage day-to-day transactional issues, demonstrating knowledge of systems, departments, policies and procedures. The analyst will liaise with Account Executives, Fulfillment, Secondary Marketing, and Senior Management in order to process the following transactions: Manual Locks, Pricing Exception request, Lender Credit requests, Pipeline Price Monitoring, Extension Requests, Price Confirmations, Pricing UAT and other pricing responsibilities. The Pricing Analyst will work in Encompass, Optimal Blue, Flowscape, and Excel in order to fulfill the full range of responsibilities.
Job Description

• Conducts research and audits as needed
• Supports enhancements and development of both new and existing products
• Assists in the management of the day-to-day transaction activities of the customers and CDL
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of CDL products, pricing policies and procedures
• Communicates with business partners
• Supports system testing efforts by executing user acceptance test scripts
• Identify needs, write and distribute reports as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
