FabFitFun is looking for a flexible and detail-oriented Merchandising Strategy Coordinator to join our hyper-growth team in West Hollywood! This role will report to the Director of Merchandising Strategy, and be responsible for maintaining partnerships across the Merchandising Department in order to strategically execute on Subscription Box initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trend forecasting, rooted with a proficiency in retail math and excel to support merchandise and inventory planning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to optimize and maintain merchandising reports

  • Help support historical record keeping by tracking all top performing products and the metrics driving revenue factors

  • Organize all samples for the subscription box and create a product picture library by tracking the COGs/MSRP/Units for each item

  • Work cross-functionally with the Consumer Insights Team to gather the customer feedback and forecasted ratings on prospected products

  • Use trends and knowledge about the competitive landscape to develop a strategic vision for potential new brands and product lines

  • Perform daily administrative duties and special projects as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of Buying or Planning experience in a fast-paced company

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Fashion/Merchandising, Marketing, Business)

  • Understanding of retail math and strong reporting skillset in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

  • Attention to detail and direction coupled with a flexible attitude

  • Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration

  • Excited about learning new systems (bonus points if you have exposure to Salesforce, Wrike, Asana)

  • Passion for all things under the women’s lifestyle umbrella, following the latest trends within the industry
