Appetize Technologies, Inc., is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This position will directly report to the CFO and work with our accounting, executive and sales teams. This is a key role that will wear many hats and will need to utilize strong organizational skills while using very detail oriented eyes. 

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Plan, support and execute on value-added financial and business analysis / models 
• Support development and execution of the annual operating plan 
• Assist the CFO to manage and maintain strong working capital management forecasting and financial processes 
• Help identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize results and to drive / influence management decisions 
• Plan, prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses and financial reporting 
• Develop financial models and analyses 
• Prepare financial reporting, analyses, monthly and quarterly reporting decks 
• Create and manage financial models for the Company financials, derive key insights and communicate findings to Company stakeholders
• Manage Company's headcount and expense planning, forecasting, and tracking processes
• Analyze & develop models for large enterprise deals, including pricing strategy and opportunities/threats analysis
• Develop and update key sales pipeline and performance reporting as well as SaaS-metrics-focused customer base analyses, including renewal/upsell analysis
• Liaison with marketing on customer acquisition metrics, conversion rates and sales tracking to help improve forecasting assumptions for revenue funnel
• Improve processes for tracking revenue between SalesForce, accounting, and budget

Profile Requirements:

• Academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in a banking, VC or start-up environment
• Experience with analyzing & developing financial business models, analysis of financial reports & metrics and preparation of thorough reports used for internal & external stakeholders
• Understanding of key financial topics, metrics & processes
• Advanced level modeling skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce a plus
• Experience with SaaS accounting a plus
• Investment Banking background a plus
• Part-time hours may be considered under the appropriate circumstances
