This role will work closely with program and business management along with other KC-46 Finance personnel.Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead Full Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs) Earned Value Management Program Budgeting activities and provide Internal/External Monthly Financial Reporting
  • Lead Quarterly Program Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Support to the Long Range Business Plan and Monthly Forecasts
  • Perform variance analysis and provide clear and concise explanations of financial performance to senior management
  • Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work across Engineering, Operations, Supplier Chain Services and Finance organizations through all levels of management
  • Understands and interprets complex financial transactions for short and long term impacts
  • Develops performance reports. Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.

"US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in leadership briefings
  • Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with on site and virtual teams
  • Handle competing priorities while providing objective decision making during unexpected events

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
