We are hiring our first Sr. FP&A Analyst. In this role you’ll build our FP&A function from scratch. A few key projects you’ll own from day one are: streamline budgeting process, establish reporting infrastructure, and help select & implement financial systems. Besides being a FP&A whiz; you are articulate, patient, and hungry for rapid career growth. You love managing high-visibility projects and partnering with executives to help drive business results.  

What You Will Do

• Learn our business
• Partner closely with our executive team and divisional leaders
• Implement a financial reporting tool, 2019 budget, forecasts, and executive reporting
• Establish and implement budget-to-actual analytics, monthly re-forecast process, and our five-year operating plan
• Help create a high-performing strategically aligned FP&A function

What You will Need to Have

• About 5-7 years of FP&A experience
• Experience creating budgets, forecasts, and executive/divisional reporting
• Proven ability to interpret, summarize, and leverage financial data to drive business results
• Familiarity with GAAP; its connection with business transactions, and how it affects FP&A reporting
• A high level of proficiency with financial reporting tools, Excel and other finance related wizardry
• Ideally, experience with a high-growth venture backed tech startup
