Finance Systems Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This position will be responsible for applying business and technical expertise to design, implement and support The Trade Desk's finance operational and BI application systems. The individual will work very closely with all levels of finance team application users, finance systems team members with functional and technical backgrounds, as well as external consultants. The Trade Desk finance systems team currently owns these systems: Oracle Cloud ERP (Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting), Anaplan (Incentive Compensation Management, Sales Performance Management, Sales Forecasting), Incorta (BI Analytics and Datawarehouse) .
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Provide leadership in design, development, implementation and support of finance application and BI analytics solutions.
Provide leadership in developing standards, architecture governance, and IT best practices.
Oversee or supervise work of others.
Manage and lead implementation/upgrade projects.
Translate functional requirements into solution specifications and system process flows.
Translate financials data into insights for decision making and business actions.
Drive innovations on current technology, architecture, design, and solutions.
Collaborate with different levels of finance system users and troubleshoot/resolve issues.
Work with internal and external technical and functional resources to support business operations.
Follow existing change management protocol to implement changes.
Support technical/system audit requests from internal and external auditors.
Create and maintain system administration and process documentation.
Maintain a positive professional relationship with our current and/or future system users and vendors.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experiences implementing and delivering solutions on various finance or business system platforms: ERP, BI, FP&A, HRIS, Sales etc.
Anaplan model builder certification required. Anaplan solution architect certification highly desired.
Hands-on BI/Datawarehouse development experiences required.
Experiences in SDLC, system and user administrations required.
Expertise in SQL and business analytics.
People management experience desired.
Project/program management experiences highly desired.
Prior experience working in a SOX regulated environment highly desired.
Vendor relationship management experiences desired.
Working knowledge of Oracle ERP (Cloud and/or EBS) desired.
