Who We Are Looking For

AuditBoard is looking for an FP&A Manager to help drive growth! As an FP&A Manager, you will work closely with all departments to create headcount and expense plans, and you will maintain department forecasts to protect the financial health of the Company. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing reports on key metrics, which will drive key business decisions. This role will be critical in guiding senior executives towards making sound business decisions in both the short and long term. 

 Main Job Duties Include

  • Develop near-term and long-term budget plans, monitor budget implementation to ensure commitments are met, carry out variance analysis and update the budget/forecast periodically
  • Responsible for optimizing the practices, policies, programs, procedures and personnel activities of the finance function.
  • Partner with other business units and provide timely and quality financial advice to support company’s business decision-making
  • Prepare regular forecasting updates to ensure appropriate visibility into company operations for executive management
  • Prepare, Manage, and Interpret data for regular reporting of key metrics across all departments of the organization
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling with focus in Sales and Marketing 
  • Support project analyses, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA a plus
  • 5-8 years of experience in a finance
  • Substantial experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, financial systems implementations, as well facility with standard suite of Microsoft applications including strong demonstrated use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Critical-thinking skills demonstrated through the ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
