We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Finance Manager to own cash management. Our ideal candidate is extremely analytical and solution-oriented, is comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As a part of the Corporate FP&A team, you’ll primarily own Balance Sheet and Cashflow forecasting and support the monthly financial review process. You’ll play the critical role of managing our cash conversion cycle and optimizing working capital. Cash is King (and Queen) at FabFitFun so you’ll have a seat at the table alongside our leaders to guide strategic decisions. 

What you’ll do:

• Own and maintain company’s Cashflow model and actively manage cash strategy 
• Provide detailed cash impact analysis and sensitivities for Executive Management, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders to inform critical decisions on operations and investments
• Analyze monthly cash results and prepare actual versus forecast variance analysis in support of month end financial reporting
• Constantly evaluate and identify opportunities to optimize working capital and improve cash conversion cycle
• Work cross-functionally with 
• Finance on capital structure, fundraising, and budgeting and forecasting (i.e. AOP)
• Accounting on real-time cash management (i.e. vendor payments)
• Business operators on payment terms negotiations, capital expenditures and ROI analysis, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement and accuracy in forecasting processes by leveraging data, technology/systems, and staffing resources

Experience/Skills required: 

• 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in Corporate FP&A with full three financial statements management
• Strong subject matter and analytical skills with an ability to work independently
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field; MBA preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Excel creating efficient, complex, and dynamic financial models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally
• Proven success implementing processes and driving efficiencies for a growing organization
• Capability to identify problems and proactively seek and implement solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
