The Role
SimplePractice is seeking a Finance and Marketing Analytics Manager with entrepreneurial drive who’s looking to take ownership of all aspects related to the financing of our core marketing sales engine.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and assess opportunities, trends, and operating metrics to develop, along with senior stakeholders, objectives and priorities for the marketing organization
- Lead, scope, research, recommend, and execute against new initiatives that support marketing strategy and operations
- Enable the marketing sales engine to grow customer acquisition through either increased conversion or growth in top of funnel free trials through analytical and numbers driven insights
- Develop a deep understanding of all SimplePractice verticals, both existing and future-state, to provide critical guidance and impact to KPIs
- Lead and manage transformational and cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple teams across the organization
- Identify new concepts to expand the revenue strategy, optimize existing spend by acquisition channel, and achieve aggressive growth targets
- Lead marketing related financial forecasting and budgeting including the projection of account growth through customer acquisition
- Measure success of current and new programs with frequent touch points and recommendations based on in-depth analysis and data findings
- Work to define our GTM strategy and execution with senior marketing leaders
- Develop strong relationships within the marketing leadership team and across critical cross-functional teams to establish financial understanding
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with a subscription based revenue model highly focused on driving growth through various marketing campaigns
- Experience with building financial models, research, analyzing markets, trends, companies, etc.
- Experience working with KPIs driving the sales engine for a world-class SaaS based marketing organization
- Experience advising senior management on financial and analytical results
- Self-starter, has had experience working within all levels of an organization
- Thrives working independently and can deliver on deadlines
- Excited by a challenge with a can-do attitude
- Critical and strategic thinker willing to challenge assumptions while providing solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent storyteller
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
