Director, Revenue Operations

ServiceTitan is looking for a motivated and energetic Director to join the company’s Revenue Operations team. This critical hire will lead a team that provides operational advisory and support to the various functions within the revenue organization, including: Sales & Marketing, Onboarding, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams. The team is comprised of business partners that support the various revenue functions and deal desk, which is responsible for contract generation and management.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively partner with leaders in the revenue organization to identify, test, and scale processes and tools that provide our customers with a world class experience and drive meaningful improvements in revenue growth
  • Develop meaningful relationships with leaders in the revenue organization and become a highly trusted advisor by providing meaningful insights into financial, operational, and team performance
  • Hire, develop, and manage a high performing team of operations managers that support various organizations within the revenue function
  • Partner with the Revenue Systems and Insights team to develop a revenue forecasting process that provides visibility into future performance within 10% accuracy
  • Produce, maintain, and enforce SLAs that compliment relevant business processes and minimizes friction points between the various functions within revenue
  • Partner with revenue leadership to develop scalable compensation plans that incentivize the desired employee behavior and optimize for the most important business drivers
  • Manage the deal desk function to ensure that the intent of contractual obligations between the company and our customers are accurately represented, while identifying and remediating any terms that place the company or our customers at risk

What you'll need:

  • BA/BS Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of combined work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, or other high volume operational functions
  • 6+ years experience managing or leading teams, with experience managing multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Highly knowledgeable about efficient sales and customer success processes and tools (esp. Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills focused towards driving change in a complex environment
  • Cross-functional team leadership, influence, management, and alignment experience
  • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
