About the Role:
This is an Executive role in a growing business, so you will be able to design our role as we grow.
Your duties are related to all general operations, and will eventually be spread over members of the team you build.
Your Responsibilities:
Management of HR, staffing, contracts, and calendars
Oversight of lawyers and legal documents relating to business
Management of office space, lease negotiations, etc.
Support with product management, helping set strategy and manage deadlines & KPIs
Support with business development strategy and client relations
Requirements:
Experience with tech startup, preferably through growth scaling
Capable manager of teams, strong communicator
Punctual, hardworking, able to lead by example with enthusiasm
Nice to have:
Experience in fundraising or HR
