FIGS is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance to join the Finance team. The Director of Corporate Finance will report directly to the SVP of Finance and Strategy and work closely with multiple teams, including Accounting, Investor Relations, and Data. This is a cross-functional role, so this person must enjoy working with other teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of business planning and forecasting experience in a Corporate FP&A setting at either a private or public organization. This person enjoys modeling, big data sets, and thinking about process improvements and other business efficiencies.

 What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Oversee FIGS’ P&L including month-end responsibilities, variance analysis, & executive / board / earnings reporting
• Manage the quarterly re-forecast process and annual operating plan throughout the organization
• Develop relationships with budget owners to help them build and manage their department-level budgets while understanding how the drivers in their portion of the business ultimately impact the P&L
• Serve as point-person for implementing the Finance Team’s new business planning system, building and automating the infrastructure behind FIGS’ managerial financial reporting and driver-based budget / forecasts
• Work with the Accounting team on strategic process improvements and ERP implementation-related tasks
• Special projects and ADHOC analyses to evaluate opportunities and support actionable business decisions
• Responsible for training and mentoring the Corporate Finance Analyst

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative or Business field
• 8+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
• Experience implementing an enterprise-wide business planning and reporting tool (i.e. Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle PBCS / Hyperion, Planful, or another equivalent planning solution)
• Excel mastery and familiarity with Google Sheets
• Proficiency with SQL and/or other business intelligence tools (Looker, Power Query / BI, Tableau), a plus
• E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus
