Data & Analytics at CREXi is responsible for leveraging data from multiple sources to drive product and business decisions in order to realize our mission of making commercial real estate transactions easy. As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of a broader cross functional team and will be a key member in defining KPIs as well as owning the creation of dashboards that will highlight actionable insights. 

What You’ll Do 

• Use data to drive actionable insights across all parts of CREXi
• Work cross-functionally with all departments within CREXi, including: Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance
• Identify and analyze key metrics for the business
• Build dashboards that effectively articulate your analyses
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support product and company decisions
• Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver creative solutions to complex problems
• Flexibility in working in a constantly changing and fast paced culture 

Who You Are 

• 3+ years experience in analytical role
• Passionate about building great products and CREXi’s mission
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and providing business insights
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Excel, Powerpoint or similar tools
• Experience with Tableau
• Persuasive communicator and effective in soliciting and accepting feedback
• Steeped in grit, you do whatever it takes to get stuff done
• You are respected by your team by exhibiting great leadership and doing great work

Nice To Have

• Prior experience with programming using tools such as Python, R, Matlab, SPSS or SAS
• Prior statistical modeling and machine learning experience
• Prior Salesforce experience
