Associate Manager, Sales Operations at ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is looking for an Associate Manager with strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills to be a big part of the always-exciting Sales Operations division of RevOps. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations.
As our Associate Manager of Sales Operations, you will:
- Build processes and tools to drive meaningful results in growing revenue at scale
- Advise on KPI benchmarks and develop optimal cadences to monitor and review with Sales leadership, providing meaningful insights into financial, operational, and team performances
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders
- Produce, maintain, and enforce SLAs between various teams, driving process alignment among cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity
- Continually optimize and automate reporting and processes to improve efficiency and visibility
- Develop and implement Salesforce and Tableau reporting infrastructures that will be used by leadership to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor dashboards daily and communicate actionable insights to guide short- and long-term execution of targeted goals
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering Science, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience, required
- Business operations experience in SaaS, required
- Strong understanding of Sales, Financial and Operational SaaS KPIs
- Salesforce.com and Tableau experience, required
