After closing our US Series A financing round we are looking to further scale. You have the chance to join the founding team early and become a crucial part of our success

As the Accountant Controller, you will have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with VP of Finance to maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform all journal entries and reconciliations including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory.
• Develop processes to ensure proper internal controls and procedures.
• Manage monthly and annual close process.
• Oversee all external audit functions.
• Oversee and develop internal documentation processes for audit, tax, and international reporting.
• Assist Finance in annual budget and rolling forecast process.
• Seek process automation enhancements to drive operational efficiencies. 
• Assist operations in physical counts.
• Provide historical information as needed for capital investments and contract negotiations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field (MBA is a plus).
• CPA Required.
• Previous experience working in Big 4 preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience (CPG experience is a plus).
• Prior experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent Communication and team-work skills.
• Strong self-starter and committed to achieving results through sense of ownership.
