About the job

• Responsible for vendor reporting relating to loan originations and servicing, including:
• Maintenance and development of reports
• Coordinating projects with internal departments (Development, Finance, Member Experience)
• Point of contact for external vendors (banks, custodians, administrators)
• Ensuring loan portfolio reporting accuracy from origination to maturity
• Focus on continuous process improvement through automation and increased efficiency
• Support ad-hoc vendor reporting needs
• Investor reporting, loan operations
• Tracking and ensuring accuracy of loan servicing and portfolio reporting
• Reconciliation of daily and monthly remittances of funds between Happy Money and our vendors
• Communicating with banks to understand posting discrepancies that come with servicing loans
• Investigate and identify issues as they arise; work with internal partners to treat the root cause

About you

• Detail oriented and inquisitive
• Possesses critical thinking skills and ability to improve processes
• Problem solver with laser-like focus and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision with self-directed personality
• Savvy working with multiple IT interfaces with moderate Excel skills (vba a plus)
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 2+ years in an accounting, finance or reporting role, consumer loan experience a plus
